Urine bathing long-term safety?

Hello, I had a severe eczema breakout all over my body for the last 4 days and the only relief is massaging fresh urine over my entire body. It reduces the itching by 70-80%.

Is it safe and hygienic to continue using only urine to massage/bath my entire body? (I use shampoo for my head only but the pain is almost unbearable, I can't imagine the pain of water on my full body rashes)
