Hi Feo66,

Just wanted to ask you a coupla questions. Hope it's ok.

1. Do you feel ok the next day after taking seriphos? It brings my cortisol levels down the next day, and I end up feeling like crap the whole day.

2. You mentioned in one of your posts that you over stimulated your system by playing tennis and having sex. Um.. so did you have the sex conversation with Dr. Neville? Are people with AR not supposed to have sex ever? Or is there supposed to be a time when it's ok?

I have been thinking about consulting with Dr. Neville. Will probably do so in a few weeks.
