Honey is wonderful stuff and a true culinary delight.

Types of honey depend on the source ie clover very runny easy to work with and delicious.

Buckwheat honey dark thick and tastes more like molasses than any other honey.

Every type of honey will crystallize with time and become firm/hard.

The wildflower organic honey from tropicaltraditions.com is the best I have ever had.
