Hi! I have experienced something similar. I used to have excruciating cramps each month till I did my first Master-Cleanse and LF. I passed many stones, and now my cramps are very light and easy to manage. I'm wondering if your cramping will lessen with the more LC's you do? Just to let you know something that helped me while my cramps were bad...my doctor suggested taking a dropperful of cramp bark every 5 minutes till the cramping subsided (even prescription painkillers didn't help). Usually it didn't take more than 3 doses for me, and it worked like a charm. Hope things get better!
