unfuse?

hi..i would like to know if anyone has had any positive experiences with reversing the effects of the fusing of the inner lips..labia minora? i havent ever really had sizable ones..but what i did have now seems to have fused into the vulva.. very dsiheartening.. any feed back welcome thanks Tweet
