Re: can i stop a colon cleanse and do a liver flush?

I was just about to post when Hanna showed up with my answer :) If you are doing a high fiber cleanse and are experiencing slow BMs, then I suggest you wait 48 hours before doing a liver flush. You can use either Epsom Salts or a magnesium peroxide formula like Oxypowder to flush the colon (this too is very cleansing) for a couple of days to make sure the fiber is all out of you. Make sure you do all you can to stay hydrated during this time. Plenty of water and a little natural salt will work wonders in rehydrating your body, making the bowels move, and insuring an more comfortable and effective liver cleanse. Good luck.
