8th flush

did The Clark Flush . unfortunetly i deviated from the entire flush.

i was ready to take my 1cup OO (Olive-Oil) at 10:30pm but at 10:20pm i get a call from my roomate who just broke his arm and needed a ride to the hospital.

so when i get home at 12:00am i take the OO (Olive-Oil) alone (yuck) and the GFJ seperately. In the morning i take the ES at 7:20am and 8:15am. i gag on the 815am dose of ES, and end up puking everything up on the way to work. i had to pull over and yak on the PCH.

a lesson learned. im going back to the original flush w/ no additions/subtractions, meaning to the T, and on time.

i did end up having butt pee up til the afternoon and some green small stones, pea-size. maybe around 50 count. no micro-sized stones.
