Well, without knowing if you're exaggerating as we females sometimes do when it comes to our 'looks', I can't say for sure if you are just bloaty, or something more serious.

I would never discount that something more serious is going on and that you might actually need to be looked at.

How old are you? Are you still menstruating? A bloated belly can be - WORST CASE SCENARIO - signs of ovarian cancer. Pain in the jawline can be the HEART.

In 2004, I went to the hospital doubled over in pain. I sat in the ER for hours. My belly got bigger and bigger until I TRULY DID look 9 months pregant, and the pain was so intense I couldn't stand it anymore. Even morphine didn't help. It ended up that I was bleeding internally (which is what I figured).

As your post is now several days old, I'm going to assume you passed gas; had a great trip and are home safe and sound already and will never eat dried fruit when you're stressed.. Tweet
