Re: Blue mood in evenings: adrenals vs candida vs liver?

I don’t think the fact that your blue-mood happens in the evening has any significant meaning in connection with your problems. On the other hand, the general feeling itself probably does. One of the symptoms of Candida is a low mood or depression.
A ‘blue mood’ is a form of depression, and it’s true that more people suffer from their Depression in the evenings or at night than during the day.
I think that part of this is because we’re starting to slow down at night, we have more time to think because we’re suddenly not as busy as during the day when there’s generally a list of things we need to complete, so there are things to get done, and usually people around and noise which can sometimes drown the sounds of our own thoughts and feelings.
Also, there's the fact that evening is actually an ‘ending’ in a way, the sun is going down and we know that only darkness is to follow, and this in general is less uplifting than when the day begins with the bright sun, things to do, the day of activity to look forward to, etc.
