Between him being poisoned with chemo"therapy" and radiation (not to mention having his pancreas surgically removed) and the culprit being carbohydrates (that he may or may not have consumed) - I'm going with surgery, chemo, and radiation as the killers.

This article really says nothing other than consuming carbs are bad and so is vegetarianism at least according to this guys theories. Tweet
