3rd Flush

I have just done my third liver flush, I had a colonic on the Saturday and flushed that evening! This was the first time I didn't vomit up the oo/gj mixture !!

Next day I saw about 40 green stone, ranging from mm to 1cm, I only saw 1 or 2 tan ones!
I felt so tired and also very anxious and worried after my flush, it seems to of brought back emotions I haven't had for a long time. I know its just the process of cleansing but I'm finding it hard to deal with as I haven't felt like this in months, even years :(

Since starting Liver Flushes I have seen improvements, my skin has got softer and looks healthier, still battling with Acne though!

My nails seem to be stronger and grow longer and also my digestion is slowly improving :) I am now to follow this Liver Flush with a kidney cleanse !
