take into consideration however much crap youve dealt with, and develope a warrior attitude. youve been through this and that, and if need be, u can do it again.

u have been scared for so long maybe that its more like a habit. theres a difference between your fear and outside fear. internal fear created by habits and thoughts, vs fear created by external real events.

people have said that worry is the worst disease, but its something you can choose to not feel or buy into. you may even feel a rush or exhilaration from not worrying, enjoy that, dont be afraid of it. the human spirit can withstand pretty much anything. mothers lifting up flipped cars when their baby is inside of them etc etc.

dont try to relax, as that can be worse than worrying for some, just try to go inside and delve in deep within yourself. be brave, be inquisative, its fun once u get the courage.... so get the courage and this probally will pass away.

think of the bug that keeps flying towards the light trying to get away, or the kid first learning to walk, they dont give up. giving up is a trait learned from adults who have disconnected from their self in a way.

u can deal with anything
