Death of a Friend

A friend passed away suddenly a month ago of a "heart attack" at age 54. I just learned he had had a flu shot (the first he ever had) 3 days prior to his death. He didn't have any prior heart issues. I am wondering if any one has any information regarding this kind of death connected with this years flu shot.
