Hi i get so upset sometimes, because a lot of the foods I should avoid, I love! I have to admit I will still nibble on some of these, because sometimes it is hard to avoid (restaurants, eat overs, etc)
If i do still eat some tomatoe or avos, I will take two deflects from Pauls eat right 4 your type, which I carry some on me everywhere I go. I think red pepper is a great alternative to tomatoes, and avocados, try just sour cream mixed with onion and garlic, very satisfying to me in place of guatemala.
