Yes my peeling was every couple of days. Skin became thick then came off. More recently it seemed to become just constant rather than every couple of days.

The clear pus is barely noticable, checking now I can't find it. Occasionaly there is just a tiny hole with a tiny amount of clear liquid coming out. I'm not sure if this is related or relevant to the EC.

I mentioned to my doctor last week about the possibility of it being Candida, he checked my mouth and said no.

I'm aware of Fordyce spots and have a small cluster on my top lip (but behind the skin, and only visible with my mouth open). There is one individual spot on my top lip that is outside the skin. I doubt very much these are related to EC, as there are none on my lower lip.

Since using Daktarin for nearly 10 days, they are still much better. I left the cream at work and didn't apply it for about 18 hours, afterwhich they dried and peeled slightly (but nowehere near as bad, it didn't annoy me and they weren't uncomfortable - still softish). If this keeps up I could easily live with it.

I'll see if I can dig out some pictures I've taken of my lips before and after so you can judge for yourself (although I think I've lost many of them)
