Trying to figure out how to safely liver flush

Okay, so I'm thinking that I could take gold coin grass tincture instead of apple juice, apple cider vinegar or citrus in the mornings of my liver prep.  Yes?

Would it be sufficient to take the oil, GCG tincture and Ginger in the mornings as a prep?  (btw, I drink massive quantities of Ginger juice every day... I'm down with Ginger).  If that would work then I think I could safely go ahead and start.  I've also been taking about 15-20 drops of liver gallbladder tincture daily for about three months now.

Alright, now onto the big flush.  I think you've already spoken about this with me Uny, but I can't find it.  There is just no way that I can go without food after lunch.  In general, I eat a snack around 4:30, dinner around 6:00, and then I start eating again around 9:30 or 10:00 and continue eating until 12.  If I don't eat so much at night that I literally feel stuffed, I can't sleep and I stay up thinking about food and feeling miserable.  It sort of feels like I'm gonna float away.  Actually more like I'm going to blast off into outer space.  I had a dream the other night after reading about the flush protocol that my best friend said, "no shower and no snack for you" and I proceeded to beat her up... Ha ha!

Alright, so, I know that this isn't ideal, but what would happen if I ate my normal schedule and drank my usual Ginger after dinner and then around 9 started drinking the olive oil and citrus?  I could try to go to bed then and lay down and all of that and see how long I can go without food, but I guarantee that at some point I'm gonna feel desperately starving.  I will then have to eat.  I've never done this before so I don't know how long I can go for, but I will have to eat at some point.  Will that ruin the flush?

Okay, for the next day, you say to do one or two coffee enemas.  I've been confused about how much that means. When ever I do a coffee enema I do two back to back.  Do you mean to do two back to back or two back to back and then later do another two back to back (meaning that you've actually done 4)?

I've been able to do about 40 coffee enemas and they always wipe me out pretty good afterwards.  I think that I could do one session of two back to back, but I'm not thinking that I could do two sessions like that, especially if I'm feeling weak from trying not to eat the night before.  Is one session of two back to back sufficient the next day, if that's all that I have the energy to do?  And just to be clear, that will be enough to thoroughly wipe me out and have me in bed exhausted.  I'm not trying to avoid symptoms, I'm just trying to make it so that I don't kill myself.  I'm sure that my bladder will be burning from the citrus as well.

Also, if possible I think it would be best if I commited to flushing once I get my period.  I'm in decent shape for the first two weeks of my cycle.  Once I ovulate I get bloated and it feels like everything in my abdomen is irritated and like I'm holding on more.  I don't think that's a good time to try to get things to move out of me.  For example, I usually get a colonic once per month around when I get my period and they've been going smashingly well.  I just had one recently right after ovulating and we could barely get anything out.  Although, I did have several bowel movements later that day.  Also, the pressure seems to irritate my bladder more and i wake up thinking that I have to pee and can't.  I don't know if the pressure is blocking my ducts and that I do actually need to pee or that its pressing on my bladder making it feel like I have to pee but don't really.  Either way, this doesn't happen for the two weeks after I get my period.  I CAN commit to every two weeks for flushing, but I think it would potentially be WAY better if I could do them once a month right when I get my period, when thinks are flowing.  I usually feel way stronger during that period.  If it turns out that I have to do a flush earlier than that, then I will, of course.

Alright, if that sounds okay, then I feel like I can commit to following it through, like you said.  Otherwise, I'm gonna have to go back to plan B, which is to somehow heal my hypoglycemia, cycle and bladder some before doing this.

Thanks Uny!
