This looks awesome and within my budget and my husband's abilities to build. I think that I will definitely be hinting for a Christmas gift! thank you for sharing.

I have a question though. When you release the pressure to pour off the tincture out of the largest bowl, is not some of it going to go back through the holes into the centre bowl before you can empty it? Forgive me if I am not visualizing this as you intended.
