No; not needed IMO. I have been to Thailand many times, also with my kids, never took a shot.
I would load up with iodine, and possibly CF (anti viral). Biggest problem is food poisonings; last time I cured it in no time with Lugols. Next is mosqito bites, but this is usually more annoying than dangerous.

Malaria is next to no problem in Thailand, but dengue fever have just had a peak. taking zinc, vit c, magnesium before you go will build up the immunity. Big dosages of vit B complex before you go will make the mosqitoes less interested in you.

The most dangerous move you do in Thailand is in the traffic; it is terrible. No vaccine are made for that, yet ;-)

Btw, no vaccination is required for entering Thailand.
