Re: Is cutler protocol safe for kids?

Lots of kids have used it; however Cutler strongly says that it is not for every kid or every kid with autism. About 75% of the kids improve considerably but the other group has some other problem causing their symptoms. That is why they usually do the DDI Hair Elements test and see if the test matches the Cutler rule as an indication of the *effects* of the presence of problematic levels of Hg. Hg is usually low in the hair of autistic kids because they cannot move Hg or other toxins well. Hg fouls up many mineral transport proteins.

Over 500 of those tests are posted at this site with history info below.

Dr Amy Holmes once reported on her early success with the autistic kids. She was using a variation of the Cutler Protocol which she learned from Cutler.

She once commented on the Cutler hair test rules.
