Just diagnosed

Oh my gosh , i have never cried like this before. i am in so much pain! I went to the ER on Friday and they said I have costochondritis. I was put on Medrol and 550 mg of naproxen sodium. i have never been one to take medicine but am now forced to .... I used to take children's meds if anything. I feel like I can't go anywhere or do anything b/c it will end in pain! What do you do ? I will be off the medrol by friday and do not want to be stuck with taking aleve forever...does acupuncture help? I eat healthy and try to include lots of fresh fruits and veggies in my diet. I did yoga before I started waitressing 4 months ago and now I end up with this! Tweet
