Here's my info:

-Turmeric

Never. (Not yet...)


-Coconut oil

Yes, two spoonfuls 2/3 times a day


-Olive oil

Yes, liberally applied to salads and vegetables.


-steamed/sauteed vegetables

Yes, eaten every day for evening meal.


-HCL after meals

Never. (Not yet...)
