Any good doctor for my case to suggest ?

Hi forum,
I'm sorry for being so selfish as to always start threads about my little life but...here's the deal:

adrenal fatigue for 5 years, always getting worse no matter what treatment/alternative method. Never, ever once got a tiny bit better.
I've done Dr.Lam. Other docs too, even 2 alternative ones
with a real custom made program.

I know my adrenals are overdriving; have terrible digestion and liver problems. The liver even hurts at times.

After telling you this: who can I contact ? There's got to be a knowledgeable MD/ND you know.
I live in Qatar, so it's got to be through phone/email.
