The bible was written through over 40 different authors inspired by the Holy Sprit around 1500 BC to 100 AD. Job is the earliest author, written about 1500 BC. Moses wrote from 1406 BC to 1446 BC. Revelations was written about 97 AD. The bible is remarkably cohesive for being written over such a long time span. The bible new testament was cannonized in 375 AD. The first bible was 'printed' by Gutenberg in 1454 AD, the inventor of type on the printing press. The Gutenberg bible is the oldest printed bible. Many interpretations exist of the words in the bible. The bible is a remnant. I  try not to hairsplit the words in the bible. I read the spirit of the bible. Good stuff in the bible.
