Re: Rebuild Your Vision Program ¿Anyone?

 I've recently come across that book in my studies. I have tried the techniques and am already seeing an improvement too.  I've been reading alot on the subject of how to improve eyesight naturally.  It surprised me that it's actually quite easy to throw away your glasses forever and rebuild your vision using eye exercises and eye relaxation techniques.  I'm yet to get to the chapters on food to improve eyesight.
