Urine too alkaline on a raw diet... Does that matter?

I am doing UT for 4 months now, to hopefully cure my hypothyroid and underlying autoimmune disorder. I have read a bunch of books on UT and have read that urine shouldn't be too alkaline or it might work against you... Did I understand this right? I have the pH strips and my urine is way too alkaline. I am on a raw diet. Does anyone have an acurate list of acid forming fruits, veggies and nuts? and how much to eat for the right acid/alkaline ratio? Any advice or motivation appreciated! :)
