pain

The issue of issue is hard to sort out. There are about four factors involved. Maybe more.

It is a question as to whether the stomach, gallbladder, liver or pancreas are causing the pain or all of them all together.

There can be pulses that can be felt if you push gently and deeply into the abdomen. With you hands carefully feel into the abdomen and see if you can determine where the pain is coming from. The radiation of the pain into the body is very puzzling sometimes.

My experience is the pain from the gallbladder was helped by taking the herb Coptis. The liver pain was sorted by Curcumin/Turmeric, Chinese Remedies. There are digestive herbs for the stomach. The pancreas pain is sorted by the Dr Christopher's Pancreatic Formula, Taurine, Pancreatin Supplement, and Enzymes. A lot of pain is pancreas back flush. The pancreas back flush due to a stuck stone is very painful some times and milder other times. The is a Chinese Remedy to help with the inflammation caused by this. You probably will need to see a Chinese Practitioner to get this remedy but "it really works."

The herbs are KEY to healing. The bitter herbs that mimic the flavor of bile are very important. The whole organ system involved really responds to these herbs and bring a sense of well being eventually. Herbs take time to heal so patience is required. In my case it took from 2008 to 2011. Now I due maintenance.

Resources: Read books on Chinese Herbs and Andrea Moritz's books.

Sincerely,
