Looks like Coconut manna is mostly coconut oil. So you will be receiving most of the same benefits as coconut oil. As long as the sugars+fiber agree with you it looks allright. The sugar from the coconut I think is fructose so it might cause some minor issues for some people that have problems with fructose. I did do the coconut butter and it gave me some gas+congestion..but im more sensitive to fructose than others. Im sticking with the pure coconut oil. The coconut butter does taste much better than just the oil. Definetly has a sweeter flavor.
