Re: Myoclonic seizures

hi, to answer your questions,

yes the diet has improved my health in general,

I still get the myoclonics but they are not as strong as they were three weeks ago,

my sleep has improved as well,

basically you need to study the gard diet (no wheat, dairy, soy or corn),

and fine tune it to your particular metabolic rate,

everyone is different and there may be other things involved,

i am currently also eliminating a candida overgrowth i aquired by eating a sour dairy product that was not pastuerized well (in my belief),

i had to discontinue all fruit because candida thrives on siple sugars,

my current regimen is this,

orgain eggs, sea caught fish and shrimp and sheep for protein,

for veggies i sautee onions, garlic and squash with my shrimp,

i have a pot of boiled potatoes for snacks and mixing with the sauteed dishes,

I also have steamed brown rice at all time in the fridge to eat as a side dish,

I drink purified water and cinammon and clove (just a couple of cloves) tea,

at night I take natural calm magnesium (it`s ionic and is the best absorbed) with some valerian tea for sleep issues,

I am also taking 2000 iu`s of vitamin e for neurological health,

I open the e gelcaps and put the oil in a spoon,

gelcaps contain msg,

i do not eay anything on the street just some coconut water 8 i live in mexico, we have a lot of coco palms here),

I try to get organic fruits and veggies whenever possible,

the diet is geared to controlling the intake of glutamate and aspartic acid,

they are excitatory aminos and are not essential,

the foods lowest in them are eggs and lamb, fruits and veggies,

I do not eat anything else than what i have stated above in my regimen,

study the gard diet, go to the link,

you will improve but it will take time,

be patient.
