Excess sweating from stress, and Kava herb
Any slightly stressful conversation with someone and I'm immediately sweating.
When I've had job interviews, I've taken a slew of calming herbs, especially fairly high dose Kava, to keep my nervous reaction to the conversation at a minimum. That does cut the nervous reaction down by about half, but not all.
Earlier I said I was just kidding about trying kava daily to keep nerves at bay, but maybe I've tried enough other avenues to consider it for a few weeks, to give my adrenals a rest from this reaction.
Any thoughts? Kava is supposed to be safe as long as a person doesn't take buckets of it, (despite what the pharmaceutical companies try to say). Other calming herbs, like Holy Basil, help me but not as much and for not as many hours as taking Kava does.
I'd be taking 2 500mg capsules every 3 hours or so during the day, and trying this for a week or two for this experiment.
