Paulette, you had this sweating before AF? What was it like? Was it only provoked when nervous?

I have had this kind of sweating since earliest childhood, long, long before AF of course. Sometimes my mind body connection is so strong that (when I'm already nervous), I can ask a person to tell me, 'Start sweating' and the instant I hear that, sweat forms all over my palms and I can make a literal river of water drip from my fingers down my arms. This only happens when I'm nervous. It is not related to physically being in a hot temperatures.
