Mending Fences is Good - People Who Stay Angry are Not Healthy

I saw this interview with Charlie Sheen and I said you know he is smart. As Muslims we do not stay angry. We believe in forgiving and moving on. How can I preach health, when I have the anger of a bull that has not had sex in 10 years?

Anger is not healthy today or tomorrow. Sometimes I have gone on to forgive a person for HIS stupidity and just not spend any time dwelling on the past.

A woman owed me lots of money for some furniture she bought from me and I kept calling asking for the money. My ex before Mo told me, "If you want to have peace in your life, let the money go." So that is what I did, I just let it all go. In the end who cares who is right or wrong. What matters is who can say "Howdy" first.

Amazing how people get huh?
