Re: Can black seed help lupus?

I don't eat much processed food, or drink soda. I only drink water and herbal tea. I eat mostly raw food. I eat no beef, and very little meat at all, really. I have changed my diet so much trying to feel better. I've done so many cleanses and taken so many herbs. I'm desperate, and someone told me about black seed.

I have been reading, and some people have had success with it helping the joint pain and the brain fog. I am willing to try it, but don't know whether to take the seed or the oil, or how much to take. Will you help me?
