To the best of my knowledge I do not have any Amalgam silver fillings, no.
I had a tooth removed at the beginning of 2009, and have had two fillings since - both ceramic+resin hybrid (not metal).

I have lived in the same apartment since October 2006.

I cannot remember the last time I received a vaccination.

Not that I can tell. As noted in my initial post, I ate a very clean raw-food diet for a number of years, but started preparing more cooked food approximately six months ago. Both at that time and now I have not eaten grains or refined/processed food (no breads, cookies, cakes) - everything I eat is fresh, nothing canned or in a packet.
