I have the guidebook and for the Calcium Mix (#3), it doesn't say whether you can eat fruit or not. My practitioner said to look up the nutritional values. So, for instance, apple and honeydew have 1% calcium. I would assume that is not ok.
But in the book, it says sweet potato is ok and that has 9% calcium!
Is it whether it is less than 10%?
I'm really confused. Can someone please let me know ASAP about this as my treatment is Monday. Fruit is an essential part of my food plan, so I have to plan around it, but only if necessary.
