The TSH is not helpful at all in determining thyroid issues. TSH is a pituitary secreting hormone, not a thyroid hormone. A better indicator of thyroid issues is: physical symptoms, FT3, FT4, RT3, Anti Tpo and Tg Ab. You should check out Janie Bowthorp's website:
