Re: Inner child? Edited

Hi again!

I think we both know that this family represents aspects of your character. Perhaps it is your belief of how a family "should be", instead of the "real mom". Since she is not taking calls for you, she is cutting your communication to others. Perhaps she does not like being your secretary, taking messages for you?

Even when mom disappears, The family remains. They are parts of you, which is proved by the way you returned to your place so quickly!

Then you find a little girl hiding in the closet. She is the young lady in the family as a "child". Ok both these roles are yours. The term "young lady" makes me think of a nice girl with good manners. But a closet in a dream usually indicates something hidden. So this child is hidden and holds a secret. Usually the age of the child will tell you around that time in your life (*)something happened that probably frightened you enough so that you hid the memory.
This is just me going on a hunch, not some prof of psychology. But the age of the kid is the age you sh look at.

Don't know if this will make sense to you, but hope some of it helps.
Marj

As I mentioned above, (*)this is only MY pet theory, and not necessarily true. In more conventional terms the hidden child would represent hidden aspects of your personality.

MY pet theory would say that your mother did or said something to you around the age of the child from the closet. You became more like the young lady in the dream, hiding the other part.
