Re: plantar fasciitis or heel spurs?

Your body might be producing too much acid by-products.. maybe thats why the cellfood is helping. Im not sure what your diet is? Too much coffee? I know some people that have pain in their feet and most of them drink tons of coffee+alcohol. They lay of the very acid-forming foods  and their syptoms usually improve.

Has a doctor diagnosed the condition? The epsolm salt+baking soda foot bath might help. Just make sure the water is not too hot. That use to aggravate my athletes foot ---if i soaked it in hot water. Luke warm water worked better.

I wish God did not create the hard cell wall of candida, poisonous animals, and natural disasters.  3 things the world could do without. Although man has created more of the candida problem through antibiotics and toxins/chemicals I still dont agree with the design of something that can make your life a living hell for so long.  Candida is not a blessing when you have 2 young children to take care of.
