Re: So is this a normal chelating experience?

We've had this discussion before on this site, so there really isn't a need to rehash it too much.

I just want to say that I'VE been using cilantro and chlorella for months now, and I haven't regressed into psychosis or any of the other wild claims that people make about using these supplements.

Actually, I used this method for 6 months when I first started chelating and felt tremendously better with no obvious insanity or anything else people claim will be the result of doing it.

It is important to spread the supplements out during the day, and it is probably a good idea to wake up in the night time to take it again (a 4 hour rotation like with DMSA would likely work well). It's also a good idea to continue taking chlorella for a day after you take the occasional break from using the cilantro. These are all ways to reduce the effects of redistribution.

I have experienced more progress on C and C in a few months than I did in the 2 years I followed the Cutler Protocol.

I feel bad during the use of C and C (but I felt bad when the Cutler Protocol was working too), but during my breaks, I can feel the improvement in my health.
