Heavy metals are poisonous metals like mercury, lead, arsenic and many others which end up in a lot of people's bodies through a variety of environmental sources. Some of the most common sources are silver fillings, tainted drinking water, lead paint, fish, vaccines with Thimiserol(sp?), and many others. Many people are born with heavy metal problems because our mothers were exposed to metals and it was passed into us through the placenta and mother's milk.

The metals build up in a person until they become sick. It's likely a widespread problem which most doctors don't look for. And even if they do look for it, the heavy metal tests they typically use are of questionable effectiveness.

The symptoms and severity of those symptoms vary widely, but often include chronic fatigue, yeast problems, emotional troubles, excessive weight gain or loss, skin troubles, allergies and intolerances, and many others.

If you have a variety of health problems, and doctors haven't been able to help you much, then I would suggest some research into heavy metals and commonly described symptoms of heavy metal toxicity.

This is especially important if you have known exposure. For example, if you've ever had silver fillings.
