Re: BREAKTHROUGH! must read
Hey,
Thanks for the replies.
I'm back with some results from another flush I did while on the Pulverexx. Unfortunately I didn't get the same results I did with the first flush. None of those large clustered yellow masses that I got last time. I did not feel as good this time either. Perhaps none of the stones were large enough to exit the ducts?
An interesting thing happened though. After drinking the olive oil and grapefruit mixture and lying down, I felt the usual subtle pulsations and what not. But this was the first time that there was a lot of noise. There were loud sounds coming from my gallbladder area that sounded like a stomach growl and they were on and off for about 30 minutes. There was absolutely no pain. It actually felt sort of good.
I will admit that my protocol isn't near optimal. I'm busy as a college student and cannot cook for myself all the time. The week before my flushes, besides the Pulverexx, I've also been eating organic green apples - 1-2 a day for about five days only. The diet I practice is a "Paleo" diet that consists of pastured meats, seafood, vegetables. It is devoid of rice, bread, processed foods. This might not be the ideal diet for
Liver Flushing as it contains high levels of fat. It works wonders for bodybuilding though.
I also tend to be impatient when it comes to liver flushing. I always want to do one as soon as possible, even though I know I should follow proper protocol. For example, the pamphlet that comes with the Pulverexx advocates a protocol that takes a total of 30 days. It includes a strict diet, a period of 5-7 apples a day for a week (oh my God), drinking a small lemon/oil mixture every night for a few nights before the actual flush, and an enema. That's just too much for me to do, but I'm sure the results are amazing.
You're supposed to take the pill twice a day for 14 days, rest one week, then do the flush. I took the pill twice a day for about 8 days, did not rest a week, and flushed.
I'm in the process of preparing for another flush at the moment. I'm going to do the full 14 days, plus a week of rest with green apples included in my diet, and I'll be back hopefully with good news :)
