I am a female from the uk, I was going to do the cambridge diet but decided on CokeZero and a multivitamin instead of paying all that money on shake's.
I will be having a coke zero for breakfast, dinner and tea with water inbetween.
I am hoping to lose atleast 2-3 stone by christmas any more would be a bonus (O:
