Successful 'non-restrictive' Gallbladder flush (easy for Hypoglycemics)
Just wanted to share this with anyone who wants to try a gallbladder flush, but is worrying about not being able to follow the "strict" flush directions listed in many of the recipes for whatever reason, such as being hypoglycemic like myself.
You don't have to be so restrictive.
My first attempt was successful even though I didn't prep with eating or drinking apple juice days before (I can't really because of my hypoglycemia), I ate after 2 pm and between the two Epson salt drinks (I have to because of my HypoG), and I couldn't fall asleep because I was too worried about it not working if I didn't fall asleep.
None of it mattered. It still worked. I didn't feel any pains at night and flushed out stones in the morning.
After thinking about it, my intuition said that a lot of the restrictive rules are more nonsense than not, so for my 2nd flush, I was going to do it real casual.
Again, I didn't prep by eating/drinking apples, ate the whole day of the cleanse, after drinking the Olive oil/lemon concoction I just laid in bed for an hour watching TV. Then I got up and ate and did what I normally do and stayed up until I felt tired enough to go to sleep.
Slept the night and sure enough, passed stones in the morning.
Oh yeah, and I didn't bother to take another laxative drink in the morning for either flushes.
***I did eat a low-fat diet with skinless chicken throughout the day for both flushes.
Now not saying the restrictive method isn't better. I might be -- I don't know. All I'm saying is you don't have to worry about being so restrictive to have a successful gallbladder flush.
What I did:
Drank two laxative drinks of 1 tbs of Epson Salt and 3/4 cup water (with 1/4 tsp of Vit C powder to try to kill the taste!) 4 hrs and 2 hrs before drinking the cleanse drink at my chosen time in the evening.
My cleanse drink was 1/2 cup of
Olive-Oil and 1/2 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice. Laid down for at least an hour. I had quickly brushed my teeth before lying down to neutralize the lemon juice acids.
Easy peasy, Japanesey.
