Hurricane Irene whips up oil and Corexit.EDITED

This young news reporter doesn't seem to be aware of Atlantic ocean pollution. SALT usually foams up white and in small patches that dissipate soon after forming because they simply drain away with the water, but this is almost like foam insulation that doesn't dry or coagulate.

Why would anyone think that the oil and Corexit are gone?

Hurricane Irene is thought by some people to have been controlled or at least interfered with by HAARP and/or chemtrails (youtube videos also report UFO's in the area).

I live in New York City and was following the track of Irene on the news. Suddenly, Irene died after causing trouble across the river in New Jersey. I heard that Irene continued to go upstate N.Y., but it seemed to only leave NYC with some wind, rain and mild flood damage.

The 2 new storms coming look like they will converge around Pennsylvania next weekend.
