Diet.
Diet is the most critical point in recovery,
dos and dont`s
dont`s.
strictly forbidden especially at the beginning:
sugar
refined foods, wheat flour, breads, cookies etc. unless made from non gluten containing grains
coffee
alcohol in any way shape or form
fluroide toothpaste
chemicals of any kind, perfumes, hair dyes, etc.
as a general rule you want to avoid chemical
additives which most packaged foods contain, whichs most of your foods will have to be frshly made from raw sources,
dos: (keep in mind that everyone is different and you may react differently to many things...but normally the less processed the food is the easier it is on the stomach)
get organic foods as much as possible,
you can eat raw vegetables like broccolli and squash...
sauteed in some live oil with onions, garlic and cilantro,
sweet potatoe,
Lentils osup,
rice,
fruit of ny kind but one only each day (fruit contains fructose...a sugar)
papaya is best it has digestive enzymes,
vitamins are not recommended unless they are 100% palnt derived....(most vitmains on the market are made from petroleum and processed with toxic binders and fillers)
vitamins and minerals that may help are CoQ10 for energy,
magnesium (I used orla magnesium chloride liquid in the beginning)
Pure vtiamin E Plant derived,
avoid tablet vitamins....use pure powder forms...plant derived,
you will need to take digestive enzymes and probiotics with your meals everyday,
for protein use organic sources as much as possible,
organic eggs are fine...avoid fatty proteins, fish is excellent but must be caught fresh and not frozen,
do not eat chicken ever unless it`s 100% organic farmed,
as a general rule do not eat junk food or things you get in the street,
unless it`s a vegetable or fruit which you can buy in a supermarket or store,
this diet is very limited but will be easy on your system and will help with symptoms,
for nausea drink mint or ginger tea also do deep breathing exercises,
for sleep drink valerian tea with some magnesium,
always go easy at first with anything you do or take
eat small frequent meals,
never take anything in large amounts,
drink plenty of purified water....or distilled water if you can`t get purified,
use very small amounts of salt with your meals,
