@dvjorge That's why I've come here for help. I'm at the end of my rope and have no idea what doctor to go to next, what diet to try, what supplements to take. I feel so alone because no one in my life understands what I'm dealing with. I need to find a doctor that understands what is plaguing me, but it seems like none would.

@dvjorge this seems like an excellent protocol for the mean time. A healthier diet will definitely help things out for now, but I am unsure of what supplements to take to detox and combat candida/bacteria. Also I'm not really sure what to take to boost my immune. Exercise is something I try to do regularly, so I am good on that, and technique to lower stress-- do you mean like meditation? I've never done anything like that, but maybe I will try it.
