If you take one dose and don't take it every 3 hours continuously for 3+ days then your going to redistribute mercury and make yourself much worse off.

The SHORTEST round that is acceptable is 60 hours. If you can't commit to doing 60 hour rounds I would not chelate at all. Every 3 hour dosing including night doses. I'd suggest really low doses(6.25 or 12.5mg) to start.
