Re: My experience
I mainly keep it under control with
Epsom Salts . When I feel an ache in general but mainly in my collar bones, shoulder, back, upset stomach, actually seldom in the gallbladder area, I take 1-2 tsp
Epsom Salts in warm water and for taste I put liquid stevia in it. I sometimes also take a pinch of ES in drinks instead.
When I notice it too late pain in shoulder etc and feeling like the flu I take 1 tbs with ES if it does not feel better in 10 minutes I take a 2nd one and I will be fine within 30 minutes.
I would guess that at the most I have that 5x a year, sorry I never kept track of it.
Since 2 years I take a few drops of bitters on my tongue when I take food to keep the bile flowing. I also take magnesium malate daily, but I started that originally for
leg cramps.
Last year I did another year of chanca piedra but I don't think it helped. Can't prove it since I have given up my yearly ultrasounds.
