At first sight I saw this.

Your vehicle and where you take it symbolices, how you drive your life.
Your former partner on pourpuse put some things in your life that you don´t like. In a way you have managed to continue driving your life and you sometimes even forget about that stuff, but once in a while you have to face the consequences of that.
The woman you ask for help, it´s you in your past,( former you) but as past can´t come back, she´s not able to help you.
