You are not doing anything wrong. It can take a week or two or more for Uny to put together a cumtomized IP for you. I have read your post of answers to the questions for those seeking help and I am sure Uny has read it too. I am very happy to know that you have been busy reading and feel you are ready for a IP. It takes time to get a response, but it will be worth the wait. You will not run out of information or reading. I have been working my way through all the protocols and programs for a very long time.
