Second Flush; More big stones, and Q?

Not as big as the black "jumbo olives" last time, but still the size of my thumb nail. Not as many so far, but the day is young. Now, to avoid the "panic attack" and bleeding episodes of last time, I am going to take Ornithine, charcoal, Bentonite, and I guess I will go buy an enema bag, ugh (had bad experiences with them when I was pg.) Anything else? How much of these things should I take, and when? TY!
